PADS of Elgin Partnership & Sponsorship Opportunities Available

PADS of Elgin is seeking local businesses and community partners interested in supporting neighbors experiencing homelessness and housing instability across northern Kane County.

As a year-round, 24-hour shelter and housing stabilization organization, PADS provides shelter, meals, case management, employment support, basic-needs assistance, and compassionate guidance to individuals and families working toward sustainable housing. In addition to our in-shelter program, our open-access lobby provides daily support including meals, clothing, hygiene supplies, water, information, resource connection, and compassionate support.

Local businesses can support this work in a variety of meaningful ways. Partnership opportunities may include annual sponsorships, event sponsorships, challenge matches, workplace giving, employee matching gifts, donation drives, meal service, volunteer days, staff presentations, tours, and custom collaborations. Businesses may also support specific needs such as hygiene items, cold-weather supplies, first-night or welcome kits, move-in baskets, laundry supplies, snack bags, or other essentials for guests and outreach participants.

Sponsorship benefits may include website recognition, social media and newsletter recognition, annual report listing, event signage, team volunteer opportunities, event tickets, and other customized benefits depending on partnership level. Opportunities are flexible and can be tailored to fit a company’s goals, budget, audience, and preferred level of engagement.

Upcoming opportunities include Hops for Homes-Oktoberfest, Homelessness Awareness Month, and year-round partnership options. Together, local businesses can help build a stronger, more compassionate response to homelessness in northern Kane County.
