In-Person Early Voting Now Available for April 1 Election's

Early voting allows voters to cast a full ballot before Election Day.

Although voters can still go to their polling place on Election Day, this is intended to make voting easier for everyone. This cuts down on lines at the polling place as well as allowing voters to vote when it fits their schedule.

The period for early voting by personal appearance begins on the 40th day preceding an election, on March 7, 2025, ONLY at THE KANE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE IN GENEVA AND THE AURORA SATELLITE OFFICE, and extends through the end of the day before election day.

You may go to any one of these locations to vote early. Early voting is NOT conducted at your usual polling place. Polling places will only be open for voting on the observed Election Day.

The ballot is the same whether vote by mail, early, or at the polling place on election day.
