The Village of East Dundee announced a new parking garage and its expected benefits for residents, local businesses, and visitors. The two-level garage will offer over 130 parking spaces, including dedicated spots for electric vehicle charging and handicapped access.

Additionally, there is over 6,000 sq. ft. of commercial/retail space off of River Street which will be sold for development and will accommodate up to three commercial/retail spaces. The new parking garage is part of a broader initiative to expand access to downtown East Dundee, adding more amenities and accessibility. Designed to complement the village’s historic charm, the garage will play a key role in accommodating the community’s growing needs and future economic endeavors.
