Two local state representatives are inviting the public to learn more about their work to best serve the region and state, at an upcoming Summer Town Hall meeting. State Reps. Anna Moeller, D-Elgin, and Suzanne Ness, D-Crystal Lake, will team on Monday, July 29, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for a town hall discussion at the Dundee Library (555 Barrington Avenue, East Dundee). They will discuss major initiatives from the spring legislative session in Springfield, which included another balanced state budget, increased funding for education and other priority programs, and state funds they helped secure that will go to support local organizations.
