You are invited you to sponsor and/or attend Food for Greater Elgin's annual tasting event and fundraiser, Pallet to Palate, on Tuesday, March 31, from 5:30-8:30 p.m, at the Centre of Elgin Heritage Ballroom. 

As always, this year’s event will feature an array of professional chefs and their favorite culinary creations. A cash bar will be available to complement the small bites, as will live music and fabulous raffle prizes. 

We expect more than 300 guests from the Elgin, South Elgin, East Dundee, and West Dundee areas to attend, and all proceeds will benefit the critical work of our food pantry. Pallet to Palate will be a party with great opportunities to network and rub shoulders with other community leaders, all while sampling the latest from new local chefs and beloved favorites.
