Join The Literacy Connection for this year's Community Resource Fair at The Centre of Elgin's Heritage Ballroom on Thursday, September 17th from 5 PM - 7 PM. To celebrate National Literacy Month, this year's theme is "Every Hand Holds a Story" and will feature over 20 community social services organizations and local businesses who will provide resources, information, and activities. There will also be entertainment and a raffle. There are still opportunities to become a vendor or purchase a sponsorship.
