About
The Literacy Connection, an affiliate of ProLiteracy, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization helping individuals acquire fundamental literacy skills and learn to read, write, speak and understand English. We serve both Basic Readers and English Language Learners. Learners are provided tutoring services free of charge. While our primary areas of service are Elgin, South Elgin, and Schaumburg, we offer tutoring throughout the northwest suburbs and serve the following communities:
East Dundee - West Dundee - Gilberts - Hanover Park
Hampshire - Hoffman Estates - Huntley - Lake in the Hills - Streamwood
Schaumburg - Algonquin - Bartlett - Carpentersville - Cary - Elgin - South Elgin
